APPLICATIONS:

    Universal Compression Testing Machine is specialized for testing the compression performance of cartons. TEST PRINCIPLE:
1, RCT-ring strength test
The paper or paperboard sample is punched in a special sampler for ring pressure. The sample is placed in a circular center disk, and then placed on the compressor and between the lower platens for crushing test. The edge of the sample is subjected to increasing pressure until Crush.

2, CMT-corrugated paper compression test

The corrugated base paper sample is heated in a fluting instrument, and the side is fixed with a tape, and placed on the compression device and the lower plate to perform a crushing test, and the sample is subjected to increasing pressure until crushing.

3, ECT-corrugated board edge pressure strength test
A side pressure (bonding) test sampler cuts a 100 mm × 25 mm corrugated cardboard sample, which is placed vertically on the compression device and between the lower pressure plates for crushing test until crushing. The ECT value can be expressed as the force divided by the length of the sample.

4, PAT-corrugated board bonding strength test

The corrugated cardboard sample is placed on the peeling strength test stand, and then placed on the compression instrument and the lower pressure plate for pressure test. The special structure of the peel strength test stand and the long and short needles are used to separate the sample surface layer and the core layer. Maximum force required.

5. FCT-corrugated board flat strength test
