Incline Impact Test Machine

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

   Inclined impact Test Machine mainly simulates the ability of the product to resist impact damage in the actual environment of handling, transportation, loading and unloading. The speed range of impact can be 1.1～3.5 m/s ,or it also can be customized according to customer's requirement. Moreover, this machine not only complies with ISTA standards but the following related standards ASTM D880 ; ASTM D4003 ; ISO 2244 etc.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Flexible location motor-driven pulley. It is easy to fix and achieve the velocity change.

2. The height of slope is relatively low so that is benefit of fix the specimen; strong impact resistance board, guarantee the fastness of the structure.

3. The pulley can be adjusted to horizontal in order to fix the specimen for customer. The angular adjustment can be driven by cylinder which is flexible and convenience.

4. In order to keep the test staff completely safe the tester support remote control operating.

5. The customer only need to fix the machine on the ground when stalling, no other complicated operation convenient for test.

FEATURES:

1. Flexible positioning and electric trolley. It is easy to fix and achieve the changeable value of speed.

2. The height of trolley is relatively low so that is easy to fix the specimen; the strong impact resistance board can guarantee the fastness of the structure.

3. The trolley can be adjusted to be horizontal in order to fix the specimen for customer. The angle adjustment is driven by air cylinder which is flexible and convenient.

4. In order to keep the test staff completely safe, the tester is with remote control function.

5. Before testing, the customer only needs to fix the tester on the ground when stalling it, no other complicated operation.
